Red Bull's Request For Severe Punishment Against Hamilton Dismissed!

The British Grand Prix stewards have dismissed Red Bull's request to reopen an investigation against Lewis Hamilton after the collision with their team's driver, Max Verstappen.

According to the information posted on the official website of Formula 1, the stewards blamed the collision at the Copse corner, which sent Verstappen into barriers at 180mph, against the opinion that Hamilton was responsible for the crash.

Lewis Hamilton has been under criticism from Formula1 fans around the world, as they blamed him for intentionally crashing into the Red Bull driver. Verstappen believes the crash was not intentional, but he shared his disgust towards the 10 seconds punishment that was issued to Hamilton by the organizers.

Hamilton finished the race as the winner, Charles Leclerc of Ferrari finished in the second position while Valtteri Bottas of Mercedes completed the podium by finishing in the third position.

The Hungarian Grand Prix is the next place where the drivers will take center stage. The race will go down on Sunday, August 1st, 2021.
