Over the weekend, Warner Music act CKay dropped two new songs and this beautiful piece 'Emiliana' is one of them. After the massive success of his 'Boyfriend' extended play which housed the global hit record 'Love Nwantiti', CKay returns with something similar. As regards the production credit, CKay and BMH all contributed to creating the beautiful sound.
After a long hiatus from the music scene, Asa comes through with an impressive Afrobeats record entitled 'Mayana'. The record was produced by talented beatmaker, P. Prime. The new record is actually Asa's first single in two years. It serves as a follow-up to her previous single, the Sarz-produced 'Good Thing'.
CRAYON - EXCUSE ME (ROCK YOU) [FEAT. TOBY SHANG]
Talented singer-songwriter Crayon wraps up the year with this beautiful piece 'Excuse Me (Rock You)' which features renowned hypeman, Toby Shang. Riding the bubbly percussion, Crayon settles into a warm groove as he sings about a love interest, while Toby Shang on the other hand, complements the record with his regular 'hype'. The record was produced by high-profile beatmaker, Masterkraft.
SPINALL - CLOUD 9 (FEAT. ADEKUNLE GOLD)
The Cap Music frontier Spinall wraps up the year with an impressive record, it is titled 'Cloud 9' and it features one of the hottest acts of 2021, Adekunle Gold. Prospectively one of the records that'll kickstart 2022 in a good fashion. The record was produced by Spinall himself.
Studio Brat head honcho Simi collaborates with Banku Music hit-maker Joeboy, who's currently basking on the success of his smash hit single 'Sip (Alcohol'. This is a combo every true music fan have been waiting for, to be very honest. The record was produced by raving beatmaker, Blaise Beats.
LIL KESH - DON'T CALL ME (FEAT. ZINOLEESKY)
Uber-talented rapper Lil Kesh collaborates with raving singer-songwriter, Zinoleesky to deliver the beautiful piece entitled 'Don't Call Me'. You already know it's flames when Keshi link up with the Marlian Music family. The record was co-produced by Young Jonn and Niphkeys.
ADEGBUYI - BAMISORO
'Bamisoro' by Adegbuyi is one of The Beast List's songs of the week. The mid-tempo record is warm and rich, offering a fine immersion into the hybrid of Afrobeats and Hip-Hop being made by the American-born Nigerian artist. Adegbuyi’s cool raps are emboldened by the bubbly production as he sings passionately about a love interest Translated from Yoruba, “Bamisoro” means talk to me and indeed Adebguyi’s serenading land affectionately, making the record an easy pick for a chill evening playlist.
